From Linkedin we provide their job role and from this we can approximate your applicants salary and therefore affordability. Alongside this we have past viewings, suggested properties and last activity.
Post viewings feedback
After each viewing we send an email to your applicant asking whether they liked the property or not and why. This is all added to the applicant’s profile.
